Finding Commentaries

Use this page as a starting point for finding print Bible commentaries. The Library owns many more commentaries. You can locate others by browsing the shelves around those listed on this page or by searching the Library Catalog. To find commentaries on the Bible as a whole, you should perform a subject search for "Bible Commentaries." To find commentaries on a specific book of the Bible, perform a subject search for the word "Bible" followed by 1) "O T" for Old Testament or "N T" for New Testament, 2) the book of the Bible you want, and 3) the word "Commentaries" (e.g., "Bible N T Romans Commentaries").
